Terminate Allo Broadband
Any request to terminate must be made at least 30 days in advance. On service cancellation within the contract time, a minimum of RM500 will be levied as termination costs, as specified in the Terms & Conditions accompanying the Service subscription (s).

- If your subscription is still active, we’ll contact you to arrange for the pickup of your Broadband Termination Unit (BTU), router, and DECT phone (if any).
- Refunds will be issued in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) by bank transfer.
- Refunds will be processed and paid payable to the account owner within 90 days after the last bill date (if applicable).
