Head over to the nearest TM Point before the 30 days expired. Click below to locate your nearest TM Point.
Return all equipment including Modem, Broadband Termination Unit (BTU) and unifi Media Box (if any).
Settle all outstanding (if any) for add-ons (ie. Ultimate Pack, Mesh Wifi), call charges and content on demand. Customers will get the refund of the advance payment in the second month bill.
